Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using CraftListing AI (the "Service") operated by CraftListing AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

CraftListing AI is an AI-powered tool that helps Etsy sellers generate SEO-optimized listing content — including titles, tags, materials, photo alt text, descriptions, and product videos — from product photos or text input. The Service may also facilitate publishing draft listings directly to connected Etsy shops via the Etsy API.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using CraftListing AI, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for use by Etsy sellers.

3. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: The free tier provides 3 listing optimizations as a one-time trial at no charge. There is no monthly reset; once the 3 free optimizations are used, users must upgrade to a paid plan for continued access. Free tier users do not have access to product video generation.

CraftListing AI offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner without our written consent.
• Use the Service to violate Etsy's Seller Policies or any applicable laws or regulations.
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service.
• Upload images or content that you do not own or have the right to use.

6. AI-Generated Content

The listing content generated by CraftListing AI is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided as a starting point. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific product or Etsy shop. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing it to your Etsy shop.

You retain full ownership of the content you publish to Etsy. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your uploaded images and text solely for the purpose of generating listing content on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your content or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not use your data to train AI models.

7. Etsy Integration

When you connect your Etsy shop to CraftListing AI, you authorise us to access your Etsy account via the Etsy API on your behalf, limited to the permissions you grant. We use this access solely to create new draft listings in your shop — we do not access, read, browse, or store your existing Etsy listings, orders, customer data, messages, or financial information. Nothing is published to your shop without your explicit approval in Etsy's Shop Manager. You may revoke this access at any time through your Etsy account settings or from your CraftListing AI Dashboard. CraftListing AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.

8. Intellectual Property

The CraftListing AI name, logo, website design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of CraftListing AI and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations or result in increased sales.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CraftListing AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
