CraftListing AI ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered Etsy listing optimization tool available at craftlistingai.com. We help Etsy sellers create SEO-optimized titles, tags, descriptions, and materials lists for their product listings. 2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account via our authentication provider (Clerk).
  • Product listing data: Product titles, descriptions, tags, and photos you submit to generate optimized listings. This data is used solely to generate your results and is stored in your listing history.
  • Etsy shop data: If you connect your Etsy shop, we store your shop name, shop ID, and OAuth access tokens to enable pushing draft listings directly to your shop.
  • Payment information: Subscription and billing data is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers.
  • Usage data: We track how many optimizations you've run to enforce free tier limits and display your usage stats.
  • Feedback form submissions: If you submit a message via our Contact Us form (powered by Tally), we receive your name, email, and message.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the CraftListing AI service (e.g., fixing bugs, improving reliability, and enhancing features — not training AI models)
  • Generate AI-powered listing optimizations based on your product data
  • Push draft listings to your connected Etsy shop on your behalf
  • Process subscription payments and manage your billing via Stripe
  • Enforce free tier usage limits and track subscription status
  • Respond to your support requests and feedback
  • Send transactional emails related to your account (e.g., payment confirmations)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your product listing data, shop data, or customer data to train AI models. Your data is used solely to deliver the Service to you.

4. Etsy API Data

CraftListing AI uses the Etsy API solely to create new draft listings in your shop on your behalf. We do not access, read, browse, or store your existing Etsy listings, orders, customer data, messages, or financial information. When you connect your shop, we receive an OAuth access token that is used only to push new drafts. We store only the minimum data necessary (shop ID, shop name, and OAuth tokens) to maintain this connection. You can disconnect your Etsy shop at any time from your Dashboard, which will immediately delete your stored tokens. You can also revoke access directly from your Etsy account under Apps & Permissions.

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. CraftListing AI uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

We retain your account data and listing history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and listing history will be deleted within 30 days. Stripe may retain billing records as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

CraftListing AI uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent you from logging in or using certain features.
